I have always admired minimalism.
As someone with ADHD, my mind can easily become busy.
I think about many things at once, and staying focused is not always easy.
Before I notice, both my thoughts and my belongings start to increase.
That is why I try to keep my life simple.
Reducing what I own helps me organise my thoughts.
Knowing what is enough
Through Buddhist Zen philosophy, I learned the idea of knowing what is enough.
It teaches us to stop chasing more and to appreciate what is already here.
When we have fewer things,
we begin to notice them more clearly.
And with that clarity, gratitude quietly grows.
Simplicity in skincare
I make skincare products, but I don’t believe everything must be used separately.

In daily life, the body does not need many different products.
Oil, cleansing, and moisture are often enough.
Although my products are designed for different parts of the body,
they are not strict rules.
They are simply options.
One oil, many uses
For example, I have a product called hair oil.

It contains ingredients like rosemary and cinnamon,
known for their warming and circulation-supporting qualities,
and argan oil, which is deeply nourishing.
But this oil does not need to be used only for hair.
It can also be used as a body massage oil.
This means you don’t need to buy separate products for hair and body.
Using one product more often also means it stays fresh.
And freshness is something I truly value.
A gentle choice
Minimalism does not mean restriction.

It means choosing carefully.
Having fewer things allows more space —
in the home, in the body, and in the mind.
For me, simplicity is not about perfection.
It is about living with intention and ease.
